Hands-on review: ZVEX Effects Fuzz Probe

Puchased in Melbourne for approx. $AU6000.00.

Not much.

Shells out of round, chrome plating suspect on some parts, finish not properly polished, all in all very disappointing. The maker refused to admit this kit had any problems at all and even went as far as to tell me that ALL Keller shells are out of round!! Far too many problems for a kit in this price range, the sound was nothing special, a typical maple shell sound, not bad, but not outstanding. I returned mine and got a set of Brady's that I'm glad to say are in a different class!!

A waste of money, don't get caught up in the hype of the "Sleishman system" hardware, these are nothing more than another "Keller clone kit".
